MCE Evaporation Condenser
Potential power from 100 to 1500 kW
Depending on the model, the MCE Series evaporation condensers are equipped with one or more ventilators, and consist primarily of plain tube bundles, which are built in accordance with the PED 97/23/ CE Directive and are installed in a robust support structure made from hot-dip galvanised steel, are designed to accommodate fibre-glass sandwich panel cladding on the sides. This cladding is fully detachable on three sides in order to facilitate inspection and to simplify the cleaning of the tube bundles and the maintenance of internal components.
The standard equipment is rounded off with a water collection trough with an angle base and ventilator plinths made entirely from fibre-glass, along with other accessories such as a frost protection system with a thermostat, a minimum fill limiter to protect the pump and the electrical resistance and an anti-cavitation device for the water intake.
There are 27 models available with a potential power of approx. 100 to 1500 kW (power as a guideline with temperature drops of 5°C).
Directly coupled system of axial ventilators, low energy consumption, low noise level
Body and trough made entirely from fibre-glass, corrosion-free
PVC distribution system with clog-free polypropylene nozzles with large openings
Plain tube bundle made from hot-dip galvanised steel or stainless steel
Centrifugal pump for the secondary circuit
Protective grille and screws in stainless steel
(body, nozzle cap and trough optional) made entirely from glass-fibre-reinforced polyester resin, self-supporting structure with exclusive design and UV-protective Gelcoat coating.
Splash guard screens
made from glass-fibre-reinforced polyester resin (only in the version with the trough).
Round with a polyamide body and a polycarbonate window, which can be easily opened for an inspection of the inside of the cooling tower.
are made from self-extinguishing, decay-resistant PVC sheets, thermoformed under vacuum and then glued together. The form and dimensions of the sheets are designed as such that the transference of water droplets via the ventilator flow is kept to a minimum.
for the tower packing and mist eliminator (if present) in hot-dip galvanised steel.
Water distribution system
with standardised pipes and PN 10 connections in PVC, consisting of a main collector with one or more threaded connections for the attachment of spray nozzles. The system is designed in such a way that the even and homogeneous distribution of the water to be cooled to the tower packing is guaranteed.
